We’ll replace Dick if he was damaged when you got him.

We’ve worked hard to protect Dick as much as we can from shipping trauma, but hey, stuff happens.  If your Dick is damaged in shipment we’ll be glad to send you a replacement at no charge.  You can get a replacement for up to 30 days from the date you purchased Dick.  To get your replacement just:

1. Request a replacement by filling out a request on our website.
2. Supply your Order Number and Shipment Receipt Date on the replacement request
3. Attach a picture showing us the Shipment damage along with the replacement request.

Your new Dick will be in your hands in about 10 days.

Returns or Refunds

Once Dick is in your hands, he’s part of your family.  At Dick’s low price, and with shipment costs we subsidize, we’re sorry but we can’t offer a return or refund.
